These terms set out the agreement between you and Aiyaya for the use of this website and its community features. Aiyaya provides online social networking services through a fashion community website. This document is a general template and should be reviewed by a qualified adviser in the operator's jurisdiction before it is published.

1. About these terms

By creating an account, ordering a membership or brand plan, or using the community, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Where a specific service page states additional conditions, those conditions apply to that service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are personal, and a buyer store or label account must be managed by someone authorised to act for that business.

3. Community guidelines

Members, designers and buyer stores agree to post content they have the right to share, to credit the work of others, to treat other members with respect, and not to post misleading claims, spam or unlawful material. Pages and lookbooks are reviewed against these guidelines before they are published.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Memberships and brand plans can be ordered on this site. Prices are shown before you confirm an order, and payment is taken through the payment method you choose at checkout. Prices may change, and changes do not affect an order already confirmed.

5. Brand pages, lookbooks and content

You keep ownership of the content you publish. You grant Aiyaya permission to display, format and share that content within the community for as long as it is published. We may decline or remove content that breaks the community guidelines or that we cannot verify as your own.

6. Sales between members and brands

Aiyaya is a community website and not a marketplace. Any sale of a garment happens directly between the member and the designer or buyer store involved. We are not a party to those sales and do not handle payment, delivery or returns for them.

7. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms, that is used to harm other members, or where we are required to do so by law. Where practical, we will explain the reason.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The community is provided as it stands. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for content published by members, designers or stores. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the services change or when the law requires it. The current version appears on this page, and continued use of the community after a change means you accept the updated terms.
